01 — Chassis
We build on the original chassis — that is what makes a Defender a Defender and not a replica. Galvanised first, painted after. Every part of it, from the rails to the brackets. Then the axles, the springs, the brakes and the tank. Everything you never see, we do so that it lasts.
02 — Body
The panels are fitted to the car first — gaps, stops, shut lines. Then all of it comes off again, every panel is painted on its own, and it goes back together.
03 — Interior
Seats, carpets, dashboard, every panel in the cabin — we cut and stitch them here. Material samples go to your home so you can try them. They are made to measure, for you.
04 — Engine
Stripped to pieces, measured, and rebuilt from nothing. The engine is the heart of the restoration, which is why it goes into the Defender only once everything else is ready.
05 — Finished
Grille, lamps, bonnet. And then what you will actually use it for: the bikini top, the carrier, two bicycles. The accessories are what make it a one-off, built for you.
